Having personally started over 20 different companies he currently specializes in business brokerage and commercial real estate.Having evaluated and purchased hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial property for investors across the country in a broad range of asset classes from Office, Retail, Multifamily, as well as Lodging and Hospitality, he can help you evaluate both the buy side and as well as the sell side of any number of different asset classes. Level 5 was a California-state licensed manufacturing plant that produced a full range of MEDICAL cannabis products. Level 5 employed state-of-the-art Supercritical CO2 extraction and was one of the few facilities in California to do so. Extracting at “Cold-Process Supercritical” pressure and temperature levels, Level 5 preserved the acid molecules found in CBDa and THCa thus preserving the original plants full range of cannabinoid and terpene potential. Level 5 believed the study of cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system would be one of the most significant new fields of medicine in the coming decades and will be a multibillion dollar market affecting virtually every person in the Country either directly or indirectly.

American Gas & Technology produces Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) as an alternative fuel for cars and trucks. AG&T had one of the only micro scale, on-site production of LNG in the world. Liquid Natural Gas (CH4) is the cleanest fossil fuel in existence and as long as we still use the combustion engine LNG will be one of our best hopes in reducing carbon emissions and the potential for global warming.

From 2001 to 2008 the Company was one of the largest producers in the country completing over 450 TIC real estate transactions with more than 45 different sponsors, representing nearly a half billion dollars in investment grade commercial real estate.

John personally designed and built over 900 individual websites covering commercial properties in support of TIC investors, sponsors and broker dealers.

Brickyard was a licensed broker-dealer established to provide financial and securities services in conjunction with a 1.2-million-acre oil and gas exploration company near Elko Nevada. The companies 1.2-million-acre leasing rights included gold which resided near the Carlin Trend area in northeast Nevada which is the largest gold mining region in the United States

In the 1990’s John formed his own securities broker/dealer and was a licensed securities principal and financial and operations principle for nearly 20 years. In the 1990’s John designed money management platforms and was an early innovator in building proprietary pier group performance ranking software for hedge fund management.

In the 1980’s John was one of the youngest branch managers for A.G. Edwards & Sons in the country working in Salem Oregon. As a company A.G. Edwards was over 100 years old, established in the 1800’s and was the 7th largest broker dealer in the country at the time. John foresaw the shift from commission-based transactions to fee-based asset management and was an early innovator and developer of financial planning and portfolio management software.
